Dramatic SFB: Buying Star Fleet Battles material

The ISC section here looks like a copy/paste from the rulebook,  but I thought I remembered PPDs  being another system not available in earlier years. I thought that they were replaced with G's before like 160 or something, though it is entirely possible that I am completely mistaken.
