following encounter report.

*On the Earth Federation Front border:*

*Sector #1792 - Colony Raid:* The carrier group of IKV Rabbleslayer
completed an uneventful shakedown cruise after the vessel refits. *OFS

*Sector #1793 - Cargo Tug:* IKV Chieftain, leading our F5 squadron,
reported contact with an EFF BC. Due to the critical nature of the cargo
being transported by the tug, the commodore will engage the EFF vessel for
the glory of the Klingon Empire!


*On the Magistrorum Militum border:*

*Sector #1831 - Colony Raid:* No OFS vessels were assigned to raid this
Magistrorum Militum colony. *Magistrorum Militum Victory.*
*Sector # 1832 - Banshees: Encounter dropped.*


*On the Vibrant Venemous border:*

*Sector #1857 - Probe Recovery: *The Despicable Dull Vudar have once again
out-thought us. In the face of four to one odds, the IKV Divisor chose to
withdraw from the sector without attempting recovery of any spy probes.
This border should be strongly considered for the initial deployment of IKV
Terror, once its construction is complete.

*On the Catnip Duchy border:*

*Sector #1863 - Base Defense: Encounter dropped.*
*Sector #1864 - Canisters:* From past interactions with the Catnip Duchy we
have observed their keen interest in boxes. Knowing this, and with the
critical need for hulls along our other borders, the OFS chose not to
assign any vessels to contest this sector. *Catnip Duchy Victory.*
*Sector #1865 - Cargo Tug:* With Catnip Duchy forces most likely distracted
by the presence of boxes in a neighboring sector, the cargo tug was able to
reach its destination without incident. *OFS Victory*


*On The Will border:*

*Sector #1866 - Listening Post:* Taking advantage of a lapse in The Will's
regular vigilance along this border, IKV Review was able to cross into
tholian space and retrieve a data dump from one of their listening posts. *OFS

*Sector #1867 - Space Boars: Encounter dropped.*


*On the Lyran Star Empire border:*

*Sector #1868 - Base Defense:* Our new Lyran neighbor made a respectable
show of force by deploying a DN and some smaller vessels to this sector.
The border with the Lyran Star Empire will require more vessels if any

*Sector #1869 - Technology Sabotage: *IKV Rectifier has completed her
shakedown cruise, and reports the SFG fully operational. An otherwise
