Dramatic SFB: Age of PFs

Well, I think it's been established that enough of us have had this 
issue so it might not have been a mistake.

I certainly wouldn't mind a correction if possible since I'm out 75 big 
ones... but like I said, I'll be cool with whatever is decided. ;)

I should note I'm also getting the issue with the ship icons on the 
orders screen... Not all of them, but a good chunk of them don't have 
images apparently.  I never played border wars so  I can't really say on 
that one.
