Dramatic SFB: Age of PFs

As this is my maiden voyage it was most likely a mistake on my part when I
submitted orders.  I'm not exactly upset as it results in a benefit to me,
however I don't really feel like I earned the reward.

Matt, if the precedent has been that orders are played as submitted
regardless of errors I would agree that the current result stands.  However
if corrections have been allowed in the past I think this situation should
qualify for similar treatment as it was not my intent to commit any forces
to scenario 796.
