Dramatic SFB: Sector 635

Hi Brent

For sector #635,

Did you know the the Federation CB cannot appear in the scenario since it
is a SC 3 ship.

Defender is limited to SC 4 or smaller units, so you will be facing only a
DW and the convoy with your carrier group
