The OFS is not ready to advance, my mistake folks.

The carrier group of IKV Rabbleslayer has reported that it is moving to
engage an Earth Federation Front convoy and escorts in sector 635. Both
forces appear to be at the highest state of readiness and are preparing for
imminent contact.
