Dramatic SFB: Sector 635

We just caught that this morning while discussing a time to play. Thank you
for bringing it to our attention! It looks like Roch's EFF will withdraw
and leave the convoy to my carrier group. He did agree to play it as a
'simulator exercise' with me, so I can get some much needed practice with
carrier operations. That won't impede the turn however, since we're doing
it in our free time.

The Office of Frontier Security is RTA once more.
