Dramatic SFB: [WoA] Holy crap, says the Lyran Star Empire

I'm doing the midshipman's and powpow.
It's my fault for not doing a better analysis of my opponent's fleet sizes
and lobbying for more ships. But on the flip side, I don't have a single
size 2 unit at all???
