Dramatic SFB: Hidden mines

I've always played with hidden mines, and over the past almost 30 years, it has only ever been an issue once with a player who was already known to use "alternative rules" so we weren't really surprised. We ended up dealing with it by making a house rule that you could only place 2 mines in any given hex.
