Dramatic SFB: Errors with Fed BPV values in the client

Well unfortunately I do not have any X ships which is a big disadvantage.
But I think playing at this late year for some empires, this would be a big
deal. My suggestion, drop X ships and Sabots and all is good! ( for me 🙏)
