 SAPP encounter report update,
Paravians DW is disengaging from scenario 934 (Gorn win border closed). 
Paravian carrier group victory at Federation NERF colony 889.

I have noticed in this campaign there are not many border closed scenarios.

other scenarios auto resolved.
