Dramatic SFB: General War Operations

 I think in the General War Operations Game we all will start with at least one border from each starting empire. I enjoyed our scenario battles in the earlier Campaign. (the SAPP will probably let some neighbors know of some of our ship movements through the Orion Observer reports).
