Dramatic SFB: GWO start

Things are really shaping up in the campaign already. Six hours into the 
signups, and nine people are in. So far, these are the picks:

Romulan - Peter

Frax - Don

I plan on starting the game sometime around the upcoming weekend, 
probably afterward. I want to give everyone a chance to see the 
announcement and decide what they want to do.
