Dramatic SFB: KGB status

The KGB Will have 2 battles to resolve this turn vs the Klingon Empire.  We
will start pursuit this weekend.  I have a clarification email out to Matt,
which he has yet to respond to,  for refit raid.  Once he responds I'll
likely farm that out to someone if Pat is willing to play both as my
captain might be able to play during the week when I can't.
