Dramatic SFB: Invasion campaign

Well.. No maps. So the point of the game is survival or not, and who 
survived the best. The Invader is going to have larger borders (because 
they border everyone) so will likely have a larger fleet. This could 
mean they have overwhelming force wherever needed. This is a feature, 
not a bug. Invading forces are not in the business of fair fights, so 
it's a matter of the Galactics picking their battles and trying to 
survive where they can.


As a first-idea, I'm thinking of two or three of the better players to 
play the Invaders. This is because the Invaders will be fighting against 
*everyone*. They have to be good because the tactics will change from 
opponent to opponent. The rest of the field "merely" has to fight the 
same empire, develop tactics against one opponent, and do better than 
their peers.
