Dramatic SFB: Age of PFs

 Question on deployment map scenario 617 Morey Eel of space.
In the text is written, MAP: if a unit exceeds a range of 50 to the planet they are treated as having disengaged.
The planet is 100 hexes from 2201, the Eel starts in hex 2215 (this means if set up is done on a map with the Eel, then the ships are already disengaged (over 50 hexes from planet). The bid ships must need to set up on a map with the planet, to be in the 50 hexes.
