Dramatic SFB: Quick-play campaigns

TBW is not scheduled to end at this time. The quick-play campaigns are 
intended to run concurrently with TBW. However, there are currently 
problems with the software that is affecting all campaigns. When those 
problems are cured, TBW will advance and I'll start opening up the 
quick-play games.
