Dramatic SFB: ISC player

I've set CA-sab ICS Infinite as destroyed and saved my orders. I'm sorry I
missed the discussion, I haven't played ISC in a very long time, so a lot
of the rules about campaign fleet compositions and such I've just
completely forgotten unfortunately.
