Dramatic SFB: Peladine T2 encounters

On the D5L...it depends on two things. If they are actually leader
variants...and if so...then if you have two non leader variants with them.
For every leader you need 2 other types. Then you can add another leader.
Some ships appear to be leaders. But are not actually considered leaders.
