I’m good with a restart.

I lobbied a while back to reduce or eliminate no border reward/penalties because it seems counter productive to growing your fleet and or replacing your losses. I still have that same opinion.

5.  I think PFs should be purchased as they are lost, just like in F&E.

Yes, I know that's 5.

I don't have SFBOL anymore, and really don't intend to resub.  So, if I were to play again, it would have to be with the understanding that someone would have to fly my battles for me.

Would anyone be offended if I re-worked the scenario rewards before the
next cycling of the turn?

Would it instead be better to stop Late War and start a new campaign
once the scenarios are in better shape?
