Subject: Dramatic SFB: Late War T4

As Charles has highlighted, and I have heard elsewhere, it is pretty
obvious that the current set of scenario rewards are not working.

Would anyone be offended if I re-worked the scenario rewards before the
next cycling of the turn?

Would it instead be better to stop Late War and start a new campaign
once the scenarios are in better shape?
