obvious that the current set of scenario rewards are not working.<br>

Would anyone be offended if I re-worked the scenario rewards before the <br>

next cycling of the turn?<br>

Would it instead be better to stop Late War and start a new campaign <br>

once the scenarios are in better shape?<br>
