Dramatic SFB: Finishing Fleet Build

Hey Gents.

The turn's only been going for a couple of days. I usually plot out a 
week (give or take) for orders, since most of us work 8 hours, drive for 
2 hours, and have families that want another 8 hours. Sleep is 
occasionally an option. And the holidays need more family time and work 
demands overtime.

The campaign is leisure time. Most people won't have time for battles 
until the weekends anyways. Let's give it a couple of days before 
hassling people, eh?
