Dramatic SFB: Hydran Interceptors and PFs

Gee now I am playing Hydran and never thought about the PFs just yet. I
know that it is a lot of work for Matt to put all of the ships and variants
into the Data Base. So to put the PF tender in with every combination of
PFs would just be very time consuming. I would think it would be easier if
Matt put in the PF individually. Then we could just buy what we wanted and
assign them to the ships each scenario.  Still a lot of work and more ships
into teh data base.
