Dramatic SFB: End of WoTA and new late war

Thank you to Matt for running WoTA.
I truly enjoyed it and look forward to the battles and turn changes each
cycle!

I'm in for Late War.
I think I'm going to be klingon if there is,no objection. Kzinti would be
my 2nd choice.
