Bram has found that the other aspects of his life have eaten up time 
that would be devoted to Star Fleet. As a result, he has dropped out of 
the campaign for the duration. How long that duration is, I don't know. 
However, I extended to him that he is welcomed to join at any time that 
he feels ready to return.
