My empire had the same thing happen Sleepy - and I'm sure I had RTA checked. Minor bug or something I guess.

 Just noticed mine didn't say "Ready to Advance" although I'm pretty sure it
 was set that way before.
 
 Anyways, I'm ready to advance.
