Dramatic SFB: Dilithium#448

Rittmeister Ernst Udet On board His CC was shocked to see a Gorn DN and
escorts entering the system. Ordering all phasers energized and giving the
FFV Otto Schmidt orders to get them fighters out. Caught with are feathers
a mess. Weapon status 1. Gorns weapon status 2.  Forces Paravians CCa,
DW,FFVa,and FFEa. Six crane fighters. The Gorns DN, CM. HDD+ and HDDS+.

The Gorns came in moving slow speed 8. The Paravians  picked up speed to 14
from 4. running around the planet. The Gorns slowed to speed 4 mid way thru
the turn. The FFV launched the two patrol fighters and started loading the
QWTs. (no chaff packs were loaded) Impulse 26 the Paravians launched all of
there QWTs as standards including the four from the patrol fighters.

The Gorns moved slow speed 4 then went speed 14 after WWs. The Paravians
started speed 14 and moved to 28. running past the planet and down the
board. The gorns launched 8 gas Shuttles and a MRS. The Gorns used WW from
the HDD+ and the HHDS+ and the CM to remove the QWTs. More were launched at
the end of the Turn. two fast turns.

Turn 3 was far longer and tougher. The Paravians cont speed 14 then up to
28. The Gorns went speed 8 again. The Gorns launched plasma S the Paravians
fighters were launched after reloading turn 2. The Gorns turned off away
from the planet and the QWTs. Then slowed and used WW to remove them. The
Fighter QWTs were targeted on the GAS shuttles as well as the MRS. At end
of turn the Gorns have lost 8 GAS, 1 MRS and 4 Admin (WW) shuttles, The
Paravians 1 ftr to the Plasma Ds launched from the MRS. (sigh Chaff packs).
No other damage to ships. The Gorns have scanned hex sides e and f of the
planet but so far no science station.  the HDD and HDS only have 1 shuttle
left each.

This has been a fun one. Charlie is a tough player. Can i inflict enough
damage before he finds the base He still has Plasma left... uhmmm
