Dramatic SFB: Monster E6.4

The monsters operate under their published rules in these scenarios.

In the case of the moray eel, planet crusher, and Banshees, they 
operates under automatic rules. The attacker's ships are his own but the 
monster operates as specified (seek out a certain target, shoot at 
targets that fall into certain categories with given weapons, etc.)

In the case of the Space Dragons, it's noted that the attackers ships 
are not present (but drive how many and how large the dragons are in 
play.) This is a case where the monster is player-controlled.
