Dramatic SFB: Ship selection

It doesn't really matter much to me which way we go, tho I would like to know before I buy my fleet as if we are using the chart, I am more likely to start with a few scouts ...

I forgot to change the scenarios over to the fixed weapon-status. If 
there is a majority, I will do so. (Doing that sort of thing this turn 
doesn't affect anything at all, since there will be no battles.)

Any in favor of going from random WS to fixed WS?
