Dramatic SFB: A practice round

I was wondering if anyone would want to play a practice round scenario. Thinking 2 destroyers and a scout destroyer with 20% BPV on commander's options. I'm not terribly familiar with EW rules and wanted to get an idea of how they are used in "real time". If interested just let me know, I'm available most days and at any time.
