The campaign was slated to conclude at the end of the current campaign year, back when it started. Have been and will be. Unbuilt variants are lumped into the same category and would be similarly available. Some curious things would happen in the dataset with Conjecturals allowed: Battleships come into play (obviously, and would be the largest draw for allowing conjecturals.) The Feds get both PFs and F-111s ([shutter]). Various ships here and there come into play (some Romulan hawks, a couple Hydran NCAs, the Klingon "Black Hawk" fleet from CL49, and others not off the top of my head.)
