Indeed. But you can hold out until then. Right? You're getting
cheap, overgunned ships. Right?<br>

Actually, I consider the WYN to be disadvantaged until they get fish
ships. But to offset that, they get a bump to their command rating
(see the empire rules in the campaign.)<br>
