I had a couple of ships not build despite being on the orders
list and I enter orders on a desktop. I think it might have to
do with timing out on the log-in, refreshing or maybe the
order I enter orders in. Not as damaging as your scenarios
though. <br>

The timeout on your login is one hour. So unless you're very slow,
that shouldn't be an issue.<br>

Additionally, whenever you refresh the orders screen, it shows you
what orders it knows you gave it. It pulls directly from the same
data that the server uses between turn segments.<br>
