    Free Traders (FTs) are civilian ships. As such, they <b>do not</b>

    have mines. This is found on the SSD and further referenced in the

    description of the CPL (R1.29) and BSC (R1.35).<br>

    Orion FTs (OFTs) <b>do</b> have mines. Not only does the SSD have

    them, but so do the Q-Ships that the OFT is representing.<br>
