<p>ahh, I did not know that.<br /></p>
<p>The reason I did not join the 3rd run back in Oct/Nov was I knew my work RL was going to be insane.<br /></p>
<p>I knew making Admiral assignments and then finding Captains to fly for me was going to be difficult at the best of times.<br /></p>
<p>There were stretches of 4-5 days where I did not even turn on my computer !<br /></p>
<p>Work RL has since slowed down allowing me to re-join the 3rd run on turn 5 .<br /></p>
<p>Sounds like you are now in the boat I was in Bram ?<br /></p>
<p>As much as I hate to suggest this Bram, perhaps you may want to step down for a while until your RL settles down ?<br /></p>
<p>A tough decision but it may be the only one and best one for you to make, you can always return when your RL settles as Matt's program allows that very well !!</p>
<p>Staying on as Admiral and unable to find Captains to fly your battles is only slowing the pace of the campaign.<br /></p>
