Dramatic SFB: Ucoming Dramatic SFB game

Hello, folks.

I'm going to be starting up a game here in the next few days. So far I 
have interest from Roch, Wayne, and Chris. The concensus seems to be a 
Y176 start date. I'll run 3 turns per year with no conjecturals, unless 
one of the players speak up about it.

It's not to late to join. Or to start a second one with different 
parameters...
