Dramatic SFB: Question regarding INT warp booster packs deployment.

Hi Matt, there is a question regarding availability of WBP for INT.

(K3.61) USE: Most interceptors were power deficient and quickly
adopted the use of booster packs. (This would be on the second pre-
PF turn of interceptor deployment.) These operate exactly as those
on PFs, except (of course) that they are smaller.

Does it means that WBP are available 1 year before PF's becomes available
for that race or does it mean that WBP are available 1 year after INT
deployment.

It make no difference for all races but the plasma races since there is
only 1 or 2 years between INT and PF for most races.
Only Plasma races have a 3 years between PF/INT deployment.
