Send no ships to the Paravian borders, I will stop playing the Paravians in GWO as of this turn.
 The rest of the year is becoming more difficult for time, and also I have partly lost interest in the Paravians in this campaign.

Extra borders beyond expected can occur when someone else gets the New Border as a result. It does not give them an extra one against who they fought but instead a totally new person. So that could have been the reason.
