912, DWV carrier group has been ordered to disengage (waiting for its full escort group to arrive), the Romulan convoy gets through (Romulan victory).
913, Paravian 1x DNL, 2x CW, 1x DW,1x DWS are defending the Colony's, BSC, modules, and ground bases v the KE squadron.

Paravians will battle scenario 912 convoy raid if the Romulans roll up with WS1 (otherwise Paravians will disengage).
Paravians at  Colony 913 will defend vs the Romulan.

I have noticed in this campaign there are not many border closed scenarios.
