The remaining forces of the Orion Observer report chaotic activity across the Paravian internal borders as the SAPP empire splits into multiple competing factions. 
It is know that a force is heading toward the Hydran border.
A force is out to get revenge against one of the Romulan empires.
A carrier group was detected in the NERF border.
Possibly other forces not observed that are more sporadic.
