Dramatic SFB: GWO Romulan Star Empire seeking allies

To the New Earth Revolution Federation, Shearwater Albatross Petrel, Tall
Enough Hydran, Liberato Lacertae and Dino-Mite empires.

I am proposing an alliance where we agree to send ships only where we are
the defender so i can build huge invincible fleets that i will send to
crush the Federation Horde empire before it gets too big to face due to the
amount of EP's gathering without risk.

By doing those alliances, we will ensure our victory without any effort or
risk.

I am willing to commit 80% of my ships against the Federation Horde,
keeping a few little ships to send to our borders where we have an alliance
to reap as many EP as we can.

negotiate terms of alliance.
