Dramatic SFB: GWO latest turn

The Jindarians still have the Refugee Shuttles in #746 against the 
Dino-Mites: A BDD+ defending against a Jindo DW.  A Plas-G, 2 F-torps, 
and 4 Ph-1s against 4 LRGs and 6 Ph-1s, with roughly 4 turns to play it out.

My other one is a Listening post in #756. A pair of Frax CWs against a 
Jindo LCS. This one I'm willing to retreat from if I run out of time, as 
it's the more-dodgy for me of the two scenarios.
