Dramatic SFB: GWO - Losing the Frax

Our Frax player is leaving the campaign. Please do not assign any ships 
to scenarios involving him, so they will be dropped by the software with 
no resolution. Borders will not change until the start of the next turn.


We're sorry to see Don go. He's been having problems recently, breaking 
loose the time to play. When his situation changes, he is very welcome 
to come back into what we are doing.
