The Citizen Captain of HPS Brilliance reports the complete loss of the
convoy to Frax raiders. All questions of "insufficient decisiveness and
revolutionary zeal" were dismissed after the Citizen Captain's description
of his squadron's engagement with a pair of war cruisers and a war
destroyer, causing a CW to flee the area while the cowardly Q-Ship officer
neglected to open fire or even launch its fighter compliment. During the
Naval Inquiry Committee's debriefing and review, there was some confusion
over the Q-Ship assigned to the convoy and its failure to engage with the
enemy... but as her crew now exists only as a rapidly expanding cloud of
meat-vapor, no one is able to dispute the Citizen Captain's version of
events.
