Dramatic SFB: Full Metal Jacket campaign adjustments

Hi Guys,

I am making a small adjustment to the starting races for balance purposes.

The Pavarians and Carnivons are now moved to the optional races list for
balance purposes.
For the players that have submitted those races in their choices, can you
resubmit your preferred list. That still gives plenty of choices available.
