Dramatic SFB: General War Operations

Hi Matt a small error I noticed was that you have Feds GCA as 400 BPV (
Unless it's a guard ship BB or something), Also the BPV for the Fed PDD you
have as 85 BPV is this correct? as G3 has it as 75 and with M drones should
be 77 BPV.
