 Thoughts,
with the addition of Omega, perhaps they could be some of the NPE (or an extragalactic empire) in a future campaign (so player can get used to them). The Q1 and Q3 modules are a compatible time line with Alpha at the W- Y- and early general war years, the second Maesron Expansion Y96- Y146, or a later time similar to four powers war, or even mid general war from Y174- Y179 when adding in Q2 module (also some Omega are quite powerful).

I'm about 70% through the last step of the process; the same step I 
mentioned last week. I still think I'm good for being through this 
hurdle by this next weekend. Then it's a matter up making it a database, 
merge in the player information, double-check that the software still 
works, and then publish!

So... No ideas yet what I'll do for the first campaign, except that it 
will be one of those "bread and butter" campaigns where nothing weird is 
going on and it's some start year where people have a lot of empire 
choices. I will probably start another (presumably smaller) campaign to 
run along-side it where something I've been promising for years will 
happen; like an early-years campaign, an X-Tech campaign, or something 
featuring the Omegas.

I still want to resurrect a 4X format campaign this spring. However, 
that will take some real programming in order to handle the simultaneous 
movement that bogged me down last time I ran one of these (way back, a 
decade ago.)
