Analysts at the Klingon Office of Frontier Security have generated the
following encounter report.
Distribution of this report to unauthorized personnel will bring dishonour

On the Earth Federation Front border:

*Sector #2572 - War Memorial:* Following up on credible intelligence which
indicated the war memorial in sector 2572 could be vandalized, the police
cutters Fencer and Fetcher were assigned to patrol the area. They detected
an Earth Federation Front task force composed of a BCF, a GSC, and a
handful of smaller vessels. In the face of an overwhelming display of force
from the EFF, the IKV vessels will withdraw. *EFF Victory.*


On the Magistrorum Militum border:

*Sector #2628 - Colony Raid:* The IKV Triumphant completes her maiden
voyage in OFS service without incident. *OFS Victory.*

*Sector #2629 - Space Boars:* Our Peladine neighbors have kept their word,
and chose not to contest our forces in any offensive actions at this time.
The space boar carcass retrieved by IKV Storm Defender will feed many
hungry mouths. *OFS Victory.*

*Sector #2630 - Refugee Flight:* After some discussion with the Magistrorum
Militum via diplomatic channels (and the necessary saber-rattling on our
part) it was decided to allow these 'refugees' to cross into Peladine space
without any pursuit.

*Sector #2631 - Colony Raid:* IKV Divisor reports her repairs are complete,
the ship is fully functional, and that several small asteroids will no
longer pose any threat to the Klingon Empire.* OFS Victory.*


On the Vibrant Venemous border:

*Sector #2663 - A Very Special Ally: Encounter Dropped.*

*Sector #2664 - Base Defense:* After a poor showing in the previous
quarter, the OFS is once again marshalling forces on the Vudar border at a
friendly base station. *OFS Victory.*

*Sector #2665 - Space Boars:* The Vudar rebels are clearly struggling to
feed all their people without the aid previously provided to them as
subjects of the Klingon Empire. Why else might the Vibrant Venemous deploy
9 cruisers to hunt space boars?* Vibrant Venemous Victory.*

*Sector #2666 - The Moray Eel of Space!*: Fearing a Vudar trick, no OFS
were released from the base station in sector 2664 to respond to a distress
call from a border colony allegedly under attack from a Moray Eel of space.
Unfortunately, it appears the call for aid was genuine as the colony is no
longer responding to hails.* Vibrant Venemous Victory.*


On the Catnip Duchy border:

*Sector #2670 - Cargo Tug: *Our most technologically advanced warship yet,
the IKV Kahless, has been deployed on an extended diplomatic mission in
Catnip Duchy space. The Kahless was authorized to conduct independent
negotiation with any freighter or tug captains she happened across, and did
encounter one such vessel. The Lyran tug in question already had several
ships keeping it company however, and the IKV Kahless chose not to be rude
and interrupt the gathering which was already in progress. *Catnip Duchy
Victory.*

*Sector #2671 - Dilithium Crystal Asteroid:* A bounty of valuable Dilithium
crystals were successfully retrieved from an asteroid in sector 2671 by IKV
Jackal while her flotilla of G1's performed training exercises in the
vicinity. *OFS Victory.*

*Sector #2672 - Hostile Militia:* While in the process of setting up a
listening post in Catnip Duchy space, a Lyran carrier group was detected at
long range and closing on the unfinished outpost. OFS claims that the
listening post will exist solely to fortify our already energetic
diplomatic discourse have so far been ignored. Without knowing the intent
of the rapidly approaching carrier group, IKV Pitiless and Review have been
forced to disengage. *Catnip Duchy Victory.*


On The Will border:

*Sector #2673 - Pursuit:* The venerable D7 IKV Dawnslayer reported it was
being pursued by a superior Tholian force and made best warp speed for OFS
space, but review of the tactical data shows no such force was ever
present. Bloodwine rations for the sensor department have been halved. *OFS
Victory.*

*Sector #674 - Terrain Defense with Ground Combat:* Tholians in an asteroid
field? No thank you. *The Will Wins.*


On the SPQR border:

*Sector #2675 - Terrain Defense with Ground Combat:* A frigate squadron led
by the much-decorated IKV Cheiftain which won great glory for the Empire
leading the defense of an FRD in sector 2188 at the beginning of Y182 was
deployed to open discussions with our newest neighbors - the Romulans of
the SPQR. Our hopes were to establish diplomatic relations with the SPQR as
impactful as those with the Catnip Duchy, but the heavy carrier group sent
by the Romulans has made their intentions clear. The OFS forces will
withdraw allowing the Romulans to consolidate their position on the world
in conflict, and closing all further contact with the SPQR.* SPQR Victory.*


With no battles left to resolve, the OFS is ready to advance.
