On behalf of the The Holdfast, we present this intelligence briefing to inform The Will of our state’s edification regarding our encounter/interaction details within and adjacent to our borders, annexes, territories, and subjugated worlds.

On the Empire of the Sun Border:
Organian Treaty Colony #2253
Our Romulan neighbor has made it clear that they intend to support the continued growth of their colony in Sector #2253. With the tacit approval and aid of the non-corporeal Organians, there is little we can do to prevent the Empire's efforts in this area if the Organians were to intervene. Until we can be absolutely certain that their continued absence is permanent, we will not contest the activity at this time. The TWW Scimitar patrol group will retire.  (Empire of the Sun Victory)

On the Earth Federation Front Border:
The Planet Crusher #2326
One of the worlds in Annex #2326 is being threatened by one of the ancient "Doomsday Machines" that occasionally hazard this galaxy. Battle Group Samek is responding to the situation but reports the presence of a pair of EFF cruisers operating nearby. It is unknown at this time if they are there to render aid or perhaps, uncharacteristically of them, assist the device in its mission to destroy the world. We will report the outcome once it has reached a conclusion. (Battle?)

Passing the Baton #2327
This One is pleased to report that the group escorting a tug transporting samples of a substance called "catnip", which according to our intelligence apparatus, is of great importance and concern to our OFS Klingon neighbors. We will have the samples studied to see what options for weaponization exist that can aid us in our encounters against the Klingons. (Tholian Victory)

Colony Raid #2328
Our normally congenial EFS neighbor deployed a Battle Group near one of our primary resource harvesting worlds along our shared border. Task Force Aleph arrived in system ahead of the EFS vessels, with sufficient force to contest any challenge to our claim to the Territory and the worlds within it. (Tholian Victory)

On the The Vibrant Venomous Vudar Border:
Convoy Raid #2413
Long range surveillance stations report continued resource and material transport activity along the Vudar border, with what appears to be the standard three/four warship escort group. No other activity in Sector #2413 was reported. (Vudar Victory)

Pursuit #2414
Absolutely nothing of interest occurred in Sector #2414 during the current reporting cycle. (Vudar Victory)

On the Office of Frontier Security Border:
Colony Raid #2418
All quiet in Annex #2418 (Dropped)

Listening Post #2419
An OFS gunboat appears to have wandered across the border. The unfortunate soul in command immediately retreated across the border upon realizing their error and were harried all the way to the border by Police Group Pek. (Tholian Victory)
